Last weekend in NYC

I spent last weekend with the love of my life in NYC. We had a blast but it was not cheap. I spent a total of $472 for the weekend. Below is the breakdown:

  • Food $170
  • Souvenirs $18
  • Tours $81
  • Plane ticket $203
My girlfriend paid for the hotel since her company paid for her plane ticket. She also bought a really nice dinner one night and tickets to an off broadway show. We went to the 86th floor of the Empire State Building where she asked me to marry her. Of course I said yes.

In the next year we plan to move in together in her house. I will need to sell my townhouse and that is another story for another day.

Congratulations! So, does this mean you will be moving from Atlanta? (it seems that you and girlfriend do not live in same city).
